What is Pho?
Pho is Vietnam’s most famous noodle soup, traditionally made with a fragrant broth, noodles and carefully selected herbs.

What does Pho taste like?
Pho has a delicate, savoury broth infused with warming spices. Aromatics such as ginger, anise, cinnamon and cardamom create a fragrant flavour that’s both light and satisfying.

What makes Pho different from other noodle soups?
Unlike heavier noodle dishes, Pho is known for its clear, aromatic broth. The focus is on layers of flavour created through herbs and spices rather than richness or heat.

Is Pho spicy?
Traditional Pho is not typically spicy. This dish focuses on savoury depth and aromatic spices, creating a warming flavour without significant heat.
