Thai Green Chicken Curry

With Jasmine Rice

Fragrant, creamy and full of flavour, Thai Green Curry is Thailand’s best-known dish for good reason. This vibrant recipe combines chicken with silky coconut milk, fragrant lemongrass, and sweet Thai basil. Served on a bed of sticky Thai jasmine rice.

8 MIN 800W | 6.5 MIN 900W  

MICROWAVE FROM FROZEN 

  1. Remove outer film. Place whole Cube in microwave. Cook on full power for 5 minutes (800W/900W). 
  2. Carefully remove inner sauce box from Cube. Reclose Cube and set aside – rice will continue to steam. 
  3. Open sauce box and mix well. Reclose and cook sauce only for a further 3 minutes (800W) or 1 minute 30 seconds (900W). 
  4. To serve: Mix sauce with rice and eat straight from Cube, or plate up with your favourite Thai sides.
