Tom Yum Soup

With King Prawn Wontons

Zingy, spicy and a little bit sweet, this Tom Yum Soup is a Thai classic with a fragrant broth infused with makrut lime, galangal and lemongrass. Topped with hand-wrapped king prawn wontons in delicate pastry, it’s a warming, comforting bowl with a chilli kick – great on its own, as a light meal or starter – or paired with noodles or a spoonful of steamed rice.

Microwave from frozen – Add Water & Heat

800 W, 5 mins / 900 W, 4.5 mins

  1. Remove film and open lid.
  2. Add cold water to the line on the inside of the bowl. Replace lid loosely.
  3. Microwave on full power for 5 minutes (800W) or 4 minutes 30 seconds (900W).
  4. Carefully remove the bowl from the microwave. Stir and serve.
