Cook from frozen

Microwave

  1.   Remove all outer packaging. Cut a 4cm hole in the corner of the gyoza bag.
  2.   Add 3 tablespoons of cold water.
  3.   Place whole bag upright in a microwaveable container and cook on full power for 4 minutes (900W) or 4 minutes 30 seconds (800W).
  4.   Carefully remove gyoza from bag, leaving excess water. Gently separate gyoza to prevent sticking together.

Pan (best results)

  1.   Preheat a non-stick pan with 1 teaspoon of oil on medium heat.
  2.   Remove all packaging, separate gyoza and carefully place in hot oil flat-side down.
  3.   Fry for 3 minutes 30 seconds or until gyoza bottoms are golden brown.
  4.   Add 2 tablespoons of water, cover with any lid and steam for 3 minutes.
