A Thai take on the Chinese classic. Tender chicken cooked in a gently sweet, non-spiced sauce with bamboo shoots, juicy pineapple and baby corn. Served with fragrant sticky jasmine rice, it’s a comforting fusion of cultures, for when you want something familiar, but with a twist.

MICROWAVE FROM FROZEN

  1. Remove outer film. Place whole Cube in microwave. Cook on full power for 5 min (800w/900w).
  2. Carefully remove inner sauce box from Cube. Reclose Cube and set aside – noodles will continue to steam.
  3. Open sauce box and mix well. Reclose and cook sauce only for a further 3 min (800w) or 1.5 min (900w).
  4. To serve: Mix sauce with noodles and eat straight from Cube, or plate up with your favourite Thai sides.
