Spicy Sesame Chicken

Inspired by the street food of Seoul and Bangkok, this Thai-Korean fusion combines wheat noodles with chicken in a richly spiced sesame, chilli and ginger sauce. Packed with veggies like carrot and broccoli and made to slurp – this morish umami-rich fusion has a mild kick of spice to warm up lunch or dinner.

MICROWAVE FROM FROZEN

  1. Remove outer film. Place whole Cube in microwave. Cook on full power for 5 min (800w/900w).
  2. Carefully remove inner sauce box from Cube. Reclose Cube and set aside – noodles will continue to steam.
  3. Open sauce box and mix well. Reclose and cook sauce only for a further 3 min (800w) or 1.5 min (900w).
  4. To serve: Mix sauce with noodles and eat straight from Cube, or plate up with your favourite Thai sides.
