Chicken Panang Curry

With Jasmine Rice

Rich and coconutty, with a signature zing of aromatic makrut limes, shallots and galangal. Panang is a slightly sweeter, more indulgent take on the classic Thai Red Curry. Served with sticky jasmine rice, its blend of coconut and lime makes for a perfectly balanced and deeply satisfying dish.
