How is this different from other Thai curries or soups?
Tom Yum is known for its addictive mix of sweet, spicy and sour flavours. Unlike green or red curry, Tom Yum has a signature tangy kick thanks to makrut lime and galangal. It’s lighter and more fragrant, with a sweet-sour-spicy profile that makes it both comforting and refreshing.

How do I serve it?
Enjoy it as a complete meal, it already comes with noodles, chicken and vegetables. For extra authenticity, add a squeeze of fresh lime, a sprinkle of coriander, or some Thai chilli flakes for more heat. You can also pair it with a side of prawn crackers or Thai fried chicken if you want to make it a feast.

Is it spicy?
Tom Yum has a gentle warmth with a zingy, sour edge. It’s not as fiery as some Thai dishes, but it has enough spice to give you that signature kick.
