Red Curry Spring Rolls

With A Vegetable & Thai Red Curry Filling

Inspired by the bold, aromatic flavours of Thai red curry, these Red Curry Spring Rolls are filled with a vibrant blend of red chilli, galangal, garlic and lemongrass, wrapped in crisp, golden pastry. Inside, crunchy vegetables are combined with fragrant herbs and spices for a warming, flavour-packed bite. Perfect as a starter, side or snack – suitable for vegetarians and vegans. 

Cook from frozen

Airfryer

  1.   Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
  2.   Remove all packaging and place all pieces in a single layer.
  3.   Cook for 8 minutes, shaking half way.

Oven

  1.   Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6.
  2.   Remove all packaging and place on baking tray.
  3.   Cook for 13 minutes on the top shelf, turning half way.

Stand for 1 minute before eating. Serve as a starter or side with your favourite Thai Cube.
